coldplay fan-addicts
So, if you're like me, you probably stayed up to watch Coldplay's three amazing performances last week on Saturday Night Live. It would have been four, but NBC decided to cut "Lovers in Japan" just as it started. (lousy network television) I am sad that I will not be going to see Coldplay in concert this year. Apparently, Louisville is not on the tour schedule, but the good news is that you can now get the music video for "Lovers in Japan" for free on iTunes!

I have to admit that up to this point I was getting pretty sick and tired of the hype around Coldplay. I own all of their albums and every now and again I'll revisit them. But specifically over the past 2 months I wanted nothing to do with Coldplay.
Well, this music video is amazing. They used around 4 different visual themes that would have been strong on their own, but add to the dynamism when combined with the rest. And this song is by far my favorite on the album. (It doesn't hurt that the music video is free for download.)
So thanks, Rey, for giving this pessimist a bit of hope again.
Note: If I hear/read Heredes mention Coldplay one more time, you can just go ahead and delete my entire comment.
